Do you know why we are being fat? Of course, you know, it is caused by eating habit, lack of exercise and perhaps stress. I think eating habit is the most important cause. Recent people, however, who want to be thin and doing diet come to a head because of they would not have a breakfast. This trend is being felt very severely by our brain. It brings about a drop in scholastic ability. According to survey, the scholastic ability which people who misses breakfast is very low compare with healthy people, and also skip breakfast caused gain weight, so if you have a breakfast every morning, you might be genius and thin!
